IF there is one thing I can share, that would be to never, ever give up. So cliché, I know, but truly, every day is one step closer to your goal. Even with the road blocks of everyday life.
The next day is always a new day and you will be closer to what you want. It’s not going to happen overnight. It’s not going to happen in a week, but it will happen! Focus on the plan, what you want and why.
Food and Fitness go together. I finally learned you can’t be fit without good nutrition. Kasia told me to make a contract with myself. Who better to make a deal with then yourself?
Kasia will teach you, yell at you if you want her to, consoles, and counsels you when needed. That’s why I’ve been able to achieve what I’ve never been able to achieve with anyone before.

"For those who know me, you know I'm not someone who posts a ton on social media. I was asked by a friend to do this, but more importantly, I believe in this program and wanted to share it with others. I've tried many fitness programs over the years and only two have helped me lose weight and feel stronger. I'm always been skeptical when I start a new program, because I go in thinking they're going to try pressuring you into purchasing extra programs or classes. My name is Melissa and I am a runner. Back in April of this year I was beginning my training to run the Chicago marathon for the 2nd time.
Last year I had done the training on my own following a running program but was plagued by fatigue and injury. I completed last year's marathon in 4 hrs and 38 minutes.
Under the encouragement of my daughter (a gymnast for 8 years) she encouraged (nagged 😉) me to join a gym and work out. After looking at other gyms and their trainers I walked into ProCore and knew that KASIA / ProCore would be the one to help whip me into marathon shape.
I started my once a week "torture" sessions the end of April. Within 2 months I noticed the changes. I was getting muscles & finding ones I never knew I had. Kasia through the whole process ALWAYS encouraged, supported and pushed me. Always watching and help keep me injury free. Kasia also helped me with improving my diet with foods I should be eating or adding as well as what vitamins would benefit me as well.
At marathon time this past weekend I was ready. I looked good, I felt GREAT and knew I would do well. Kasia kept telling me not to stress and that "Lady - YOU GOT THIS!"

"I was athletic during my teens and 20’s until “life” happened. Wife, kids, work etc… and all the other excuses I could come up with. It wasn’t until I turned 40 and the aches and pains started. My good friend asked me to join him training with Kasia, I was hesitant at first, looking for another excuse but figured what the heck. "One day I woke up and decided I no longer wanted to the fat, funny friend. After years of failed diets, treadmill walking and cardio classes I had not reached any of my goals. So I spoke with my girlfriend who also desired to look cute while drinking a beer. We joined Team Kasia. It was not easy. First we found out no more beer. Then our entire diet was revamped. And then we were taught to how to strength train. I lifted weight that I never imagined lifting. I lifted that weight because I knew I needed to and because the loud Polish accent scared me a bit. I started Team Kasia October 5th. By Thanksgiving, I was down two Jean sizes. But for the first time in my life, I was tone. After three years of Team Kasia, I am fitter, leaner, stronger and healthier. I feel great and love the example I have set for my children.
