Butts & Guts
This workout is focused on core strength, stability, balance, improved posture and alignment and MORE! We will hit hard abdominal area as well as upper and lower body. No cardio here but you will leave sweating like never before.
POUND
Th Fun High Energy Jam Session! Full body cardio by simulated drumming while fusing dance, martial arts and plyometrics. The last part of class is an intense explosive strength class that will tone your entire body.
Full Body BLAST
60 minute full body circuit conditioning with strength and cardio blasts. Entire upper and lower body including CORE. You will improve your conditioning through endurance, strength and cardiovascular challenges.
HIIT
Simple heart-pumping aerobic routines combined with strength training intervals to give you a complete cardio and weight workout. This is an excellent cross-training class for all skill and fitness levels.
Dance Fusion
Dance Fusion is a combination of dance cardio and strength. You will experience a variety of moves from various dance formats under the hip hop genre of music, including top 40 and old school throwbacks. Strength could be injected throughout the cardio or hit you at the back half of class and could incorporate hand weights, balls and tubes. With the energizing music, two different fusions and the variety of equipment it will always be a surprise!
Greatest HIITS
Greatest HIITS is a combination of traditional cardio and combo of drills will undoubtedly improve your endurance and cardio fitness, tone muscles and shred your abs. Greatest HIITS routines are characterized by their high intensity intervals coupled with toning recovery periods to zap calories and define your muscles. Class is choreographed to energizing music. This high-intensity class is a great full body workout, incorporating a broad range of athletic drills.
Cardio Craze!
Intense 30 minutes sweat session will have your heart rate pumping the entire time. This class will offer different variations of cardio workouts on a weekly basis, which will incorporate HIIT, Tabata, Kickboxing, and running. The goal will be to increase your cardiovascular endurance, learn skills that improve your strength and efficiently burn those calories. Classes will be outside, weather dependent. HIIT this class up!
Weekend Hangover Cures
Ok we know you overindulged over the weekend, we don't judge. This Monday morning class takes the participant through a series of cardio and strength training exercises with relatively brief rest intervals in between. The purpose is to keep the heart rate elevated near the aerobic level without dropping off to ensure fast, dramatic fitness results. Since the program is fast-paced and offers variety, it can be more interesting than a typical class that focuses on only one aspect (cardio or strength).
Bootcamp
Bootcamp group exercise class mixes traditional callisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. This class helps to lose body fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency, increase strength, and help people get into a routine of regular exercise.
Tone Zone
This class will focus on targeting all of your major muscle groups within the body. By using high repetitions, everyday motions, and pulses, this class will tone and sculpt underworked areas for a full body workout. Improve your stability, balance, strength, and cardiovascular endurance during the 60 minutes. Get ready for a modern element to fitness training!
Strength
Strength training class designed for all fitness levels. It will not only build muscle, but improve bone density, burn calories and boost metabolism.
During your weight or strength training class, you can expect to burn 400 – 600 calories*, and also maintain a significant metabolism boost throughout the day. *Space is limited based on equipment.

Stretching is the deliberate lengthening of muscles in order to increase flexibility in the muscles and range of motion in the joints. Join us as we take the time to stretch our bodies.
